4. Brunational provides the use of this site which is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service which governs your (as in you, the user/s or any entity who makes use of the site) relationship with the site. 

5. The site is located within the Republic of South Africa and therefore is governed by the laws of the Republics of South Africa.

6. Should you not agree with the Terms of Service or Terms and Conditions of this site, do not make use of the site.

Brunational additionally reserves the right to refuse service of functions of the site or Brunational for any reason at any time.

If any provision herein is held as invalidated by and law or regulation of the Republic of South Africa's government or any arbitrator, the parties agree that provision will be replaced with new defined provision that accomplishes the original business purpose. In this event, all other Terms will remain in full effect and enforced.

17. These Terms apply to users who may be consumers for the Customer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (the CPA).

Credit Card Information is always encrypted during transfers over networks.
