SHIPPING & RETURNS
We know you'll be so excited to receive your products, I mean, we're excited for you to receive them too and because of that, we will try to process your orders within 24 - 72 hours If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, it will fall to the following business day after reflecting payment.
Shipping may take between 3-4 working days. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Sometimes, there are unexpected delays with couriers which are out of our control but we endeavor to keep you updated. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery in exceptional circumstances.
All care is taken to ensure you receive your products within the the time frame but Brunational cannot be held liable for unexpected delays. We will communicate any and all delays.
All returns are to be sent to Brunational. 12 Bundo Road, Sebenza, Edenvale and must include your order details/ invoice. Please clearly mark that the products are for return.
Refunds can take 2-3 working days after receipt of the return to process.
*Free Shipping applies to orders over R1000.00 with a weight limit of 20kg.
Orders which exceed the weight limit for courier can be quoted separately for Delivery to your Door.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the super unlikely event that you will need to return an item, we offer a 30 day refund (from date of invoice)
Items need to be returned in the original packaging, unopened and unused. Courier charges are non refundable and returns are at the customers own cost.

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, kindly email email@example.com for a full refund. Processing of cancellations can take between 3-4 days. Provide us with your order number/receipt, Full Name, Contact Details and your banking details. Cancellations are only possible before shipment. After shipment, please follow our returns policy.
Orders paid via EFT need to be processed within 24 hours. Should proof of payment not be received within the period, the order will be cancelled.
You are more than welcome to collect from our premises or send your own Courier. Kindly forward us your weighbill or details of the person who will be collecting for us to allocate to your package.
