Hydrate Your Body During the Winter Months

During Winter your body loses moisture which is vital for your skin. Cold temperatures, low humidity, electric blankets and heaters can leave your skin dry, flaky and itchy. Protect your skin and keep it moisturised with these six suggested products and tips:

Either massage onto your body before bathing or pour into the bath for rich hydration and restoring skins essential moisture.

When drying yourself, don’t rub, gently pat yourself dry.
